Each entry was checked on 6 November 2026 against the restaurant’s own page or social account where one exists, or against the report named in the sources. Bang Rak and Silom

Krobnok by Yangrak

Krobnok is the new sister restaurant of Aunglo by Yangrak, set next to it on Decho Road in Bang Rak. Its own account describes the food as “Thai creative oil cuisine”: Thai flavours and techniques applied to fried dishes, the reverse of the grill focus at Aunglo. Time Out reported a reservation-only soft opening on 3 October 2026; no chef is named.

The restaurant’s Instagram lists hours of 5pm to midnight, closed on Tuesdays, and says booking is recommended. Reservations go through the TableCheck booking page, and the menu is linked from its official link page. Prices are to be announced.

Age.3 Bangkok

Age.3, a fried-sandwich shop from Ginza in Tokyo, opened its first Thai branch on 1 October 2026 on the G floor of Central Park, the shopping centre at Dusit Central Park, 946 Rama IV Road. MAGURO GROUP runs it under a franchise agreement. The sandwiches use Japanese milk bread, and the menu of more than 30 items includes sweet and savoury sandwiches, ice cream and smoothies.

Two items are sold only in Bangkok: a pad kra pao sandwich with chicken and pork, holy basil sauce and a soft egg, and a Thai tea and matcha brûlée. MGR Online lists prices from 89 baht for whipped cream up to 135 baht for blueberry. The brand’s Instagram and press release give hours of 10am to 10pm daily, with last orders at 9pm.

Chinatown

Restaurant ROSA

ROSA is a small dining room on the second floor of Wallflowers Cafe on Soi Nana in Chinatown. It calls its cooking “Crossroads Cuisine”, drawing on Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Western influences. The menu gives only one word or clue per course, so diners find out what each dish is when it arrives.

During its soft opening, Time Out reported a seven-course dinner at B1,890++ until 31 October; the current price is to be announced. Dinner runs 5pm to 11pm with sittings at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm, and the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Bookings are by phone on 090-259-6569. No chef is named.

Chit Lom and Lumphini

Sanrio Sweet Café

Time Out reports that Thailand’s first Sanrio Sweet Café opens on 14 November 2026 on the fifth floor of Central Chidlom. Characters named in the announcement include Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll and My Melody.

The menu, prices, opening hours and operator are all still to be announced. Desserts and licensed merchandise are expected but not confirmed, so check Central Chidlom’s channels before a special trip.

Ruay Mitr Boiled Rice at One Bangkok

One Bangkok’s retail team named Ruay Mitr Boiled Rice among its next dining arrivals in a press release on 6 October 2026. The same list includes Yamashita Honki Udon, Haku Sushi Bar and a new concept from Shabu Baru Group.

The release gives no opening date, floor, menu or prices for any of them, so all of these are to be announced. One Bangkok sits on Wireless Road, with an underground link from MRT Lumphini.

Sukhumvit and Phra Khanong

Blimey at Chapter Market

Blimey is a new stall at Chapter Market on Sukhumvit Soi 26, reported by BK Magazine on 5 November 2026. It wraps British-style fillings in Yorkshire puddings: eleven wraps and a set of bowls, including roast beef, pork, chicken, cauliflower, a full-English version, shepherd’s pie and chicken tikka masala. Miniature Yorkshire puddings with custard or chocolate spread are served for dessert.

The only published price is B249 for the Sunday Best wrap. Opening date, hours and owners are not published; Chapter Market posts updates on its Instagram.

Komyuniti at YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit

YOTEL’s first Thai hotel opened on 15 October 2026 at Cloud 11, 888/2 Sukhumvit Road in Phra Khanong, according to The Nation. Its ground-floor restaurant, Komyuniti, serves Thai and international food from breakfast to dinner. It also works as a co-working space, with two meeting rooms.

The hotel’s official page describes lounge and bench seating under a large light installation. Menu prices are to be announced. A 300-metre skywalk links the development to the BTS network.

Fatty’s at YOTEL Bangkok Sukhumvit

Fatty’s is planned as the hotel’s second phase: a rooftop restaurant on the 23rd floor serving Taiwanese soul food with Japanese and Thai influences. The Nation gives its opening month as November 2026; the exact date and prices are to be announced.

The hotel’s website currently calls its level-23 venue Sky Bar. Confirm the name and opening date with the hotel (+66 2 838 3838) before you go.

How this list was put together

Openings were found through Time Out Bangkok, BK Magazine, Thai business news and Google News, then checked against each restaurant’s own Instagram, link page, press release or hotel page. Where no official page exists, as with Blimey, ROSA and the Sanrio café, the report that confirms the details is named in the sources. Browse more in the BKK News 24 food section.
