Privacy notice

This notice explains how BKK News 24 handles personal data, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), the PDPA.

Reading the site

You can read the whole site without an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors; it reports page views, referring sites, countries and device types in aggregate. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Embedded content

Some articles contain videos or posts from YouTube, Instagram or Facebook. YouTube videos load only when you press play. When you play an embedded video or view an embedded post, that service may collect data under its own privacy policy.

Writing to us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and, if you send news or images, to credit you as you ask. We keep emails as long as needed to handle the matter and for our editorial records, and we do not sell them or share them for marketing.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Write to contact@bkknews24.com. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

If this notice changes, we publish the new version on this page.
