Editorial policy

How articles are made

BKK News 24 uses AI tools to help draft articles in English and to adapt them into Thai and Simplified Chinese. The editorial desk sets the rules those tools follow, chooses the sources, and checks every article. Facts such as dates, times, venues, prices, cast lists and channels are taken from the original source page and linked in the source list at the end of each article.

What we cover and what we do not

We cover the work of artists, performers, designers, schools and venues: new dramas and series, castings, premieres, awards, concerts, campaigns, magazine covers, public-event looks, programmes and shows. We do not cover private lives: relationships, family, health, money, legal matters, feuds or comments about anyone’s body. We do not publish stories based on “reportedly” or “sources say”.

Accuracy

  • Every checkable fact has a source, listed at the end of the article.
  • A fact we cannot confirm is left out or marked “to be announced”.
  • Quotes come only from public written sources, are kept short and are linked.
  • We do not rank organisations or call anything “the best” without evidence.

Images and video

We use official social-media embeds, official videos, press-kit images, images supplied with permission, freely licensed photos with credit, and our own share cards. We do not publish screenshots of other people’s content, photo-agency pictures or fan-taken photos.

Anything paid for is labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the article. Nothing else on the site is paid for.

Independence

We do not accept payment for coverage outside clearly labelled sponsored articles, and we link only to official and legal ways to watch, listen or book.

Corrections

If we get something wrong we correct it, add a dated note at the top of the article and list it on the corrections page. Write to contact@bkknews24.com.
