Fashion events in Bangkok this week: launches, pop-ups and an expo

Fashion events in Bangkok this week centred on two big line-up launches: GMMTV’s GMMTVNEXT: GENERATION HAPPY at Union Mall on 3 November and iQIYI iJOY TH 2027 at ICONSIAM on 5 November. Around them, a British label’s pop-up continues at Central Embassy and a textile printing expo opened at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.

GMMTVNEXT: the 2027 line-up launch

GMMTV held GMMTVNEXT: GENERATION HAPPY on 3 November at Union Hall, Union Mall, with a 4pm start and a live stream on its Facebook and YouTube channels. The company’s press release lists hosts Pompam Niti, Leo Saussay and Godji Tatchakorn, and dozens of actors from its 2027 series, along with the stage musical Dear Evan Hansen Thailand, led by William Jakrapatr.

iQIYI iJOY TH 2027 at ICONSIAM

iQIYI Thailand announced iQIYI iJOY TH 2027 for 5 November at ICONSIAM Hall on the 7th floor of ICONSIAM, with entry reserved for iQIYI VIP members. At the event, production house BeOnCloud presented MANUKAI, an iQIYI Original series set for 2027, with Mile Phakphum and Apo Nattawin supporting its six new Thai and Japanese performers, Komchadluek reported.

Bangkok pop-up and shopping

Represent, the British label, opened its first Thailand pop-up on 3 October in a 136 sq m space on the second floor of Central Embassy, running to 2 April 2027, according to FashionUnited. The shop carries the brand’s menswear, Represent Woman and its 247 performance line, and buyers receive a Bangkok tote bag as a gift with purchase.

At Siam Paragon, the NCT 127 [BLINGY] pop-up, the group’s first official pop-up in Thailand, closes on 7 November.

For the trade: textile printing at IMPACT

The Bangkok Digital Textile Print Expo 2026 runs from 5 to 8 November, 10am to 8pm, in Halls 6-7 of IMPACT Exhibition Center, with free entry. Aimed at the garment, fashion and textile industries, it shows dye-sublimation, heat-transfer, DTG and DTF printers, embroidery and sewing machines, and screen-printing equipment.
